Online orders can be paid for by credit or debit card. If you prefer, you can send a cheque payable to ‘Fuzzy Culture Ltd’ with your order to:

All items are subject to availability. We update stock levels for the website each day however should your item not be available you will be contacted.
Delivery
Your order will be sent by first class recorded service (a signature is required) and will normally be delivered within 3-5 working days however please allow the Royal Mail up to 14 days.
Returns
We want you to be happy.
If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
To return goods please e-Mail info@fuzzyculture.com quoting your order number and reason for the return, you will then receive a returns reference. We recommend you get proof of posting from the Post Office, as we cannot be responsible for missing post.
We can only accept returns that have not been worn, washed or damaged and must be returned in the original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If, unfortunately, you receive a faulty item please return for a full refund or exchange.
Delivery charges for purchases or returns are non refundable.
